A strange cup, a new choice.
Anomalous Coffee Machine 3 is an interactive fiction game by HoruBrain. You play as Horu, a freelance artist who finds a mysterious coffee machine in her apartment building. Insert a coin and type a word to brew an impossible drink. Each cup goes into your inventory, where you can decide what to do with it.
Drink a cup yourself, offer it to a neighbor, or sell it online. The game is still in development, so available scenes and outcomes can change between releases.
Make your first cup.
The main loop is simple: type a word, collect the cup, then choose what happens next.
Find the machine
Start a new game, leave Horu's apartment, and look for the coffee machine in the stairwell.
Type a word
Use the machine's keyboard panel to enter a word. Try a familiar drink first, then experiment with other words.
Choose a use
Collect the cup in your inventory. Drink it, share it with a neighbor, or take it back to the apartment to sell online.
